I help business owners and teams in small and mid-sized companies get AI to really work in their day-to-day.

First understand where the work gets stuck, then get going together, until your team can carry on without me.

AI adoption lead

You've bought an AI package for your company, but usage has stalled. And you have the feeling you're not getting the value out of it.

I help you and your team use AI effectively for your role and your context. From understanding what you can use AI for, to building it into your work in a structural way, so you don't start from a blank chat every time and it grows with your role.

  • We look per role at where AI can take real work off your hands. Not in general, but in your context.
  • Your people experience their first "wow" moment in their own work. That's where trust starts.
  • We capture what works, so it sticks and keeps growing.

Product builder

No IT capacity, but you see room to grow? Processes you'd like to automate, so your people work together better or you serve your customers better. Then I build the tools that make that happen.

For years I was part of digital product teams that brought high-level improvements and innovations to market. With that experience and with AI, I build digital solutions for your company: from a small tool that helps you, to a full AI workflow that takes over an entire process.

For example

  • Quotes drawn from your own price list and standard texts.
  • Answering questions from your own documents, for your people or your customers.
  • Meeting recordings turned into clear to-dos and minutes.

How I work: from problem to result

  1. Understand

Human contact comes first. We start with a 30-minute intro. In that intro we discuss the problem and the need behind it.

  2. Map

With you or your people, I map the steps where work and value are currently left on the table. Where can AI take over the work, and where is your expertise needed to make the right call?

  3. Adoption programme or build

What's needed differs per situation. Sometimes an adoption programme, where I teach you and your team to work with AI in your own work. Sometimes I build something: from a small tool that helps you, to an AI workflow that takes over a whole process. And sometimes both. This is where you and your people get the "wow" moments, right where you use it yourselves.

  4. Hand over

I guide you throughout, and at the end I hand over, so your team can carry on without me.

The AI adoption phase

Four steps. Steps 1 and 2 are what I promise and can show. Steps 3 and 4 are where this is going.

The AI adoption phase in four steps 1 2 3 4
  1. Step 1

    The first wow moment

Someone does a step they have always done themselves, and gets a good alternative for it, in their own language and work. Energy is released, and trust grows.

  2. Step 2

From one step to your own work

Once you've felt it work, you start looking at what else you can hand over. Task by task, the small and safe ones first.

  3. Step 3

    From checking to watching over

You no longer check every outcome, you watch over it and step in where it matters. That's still work, not leaning back.

  4. Step 4

Processes that run on their own, with you as the owner

The end goal for some processes, not all. Proven almost nowhere yet, so step by step, and you stay the owner.

I see it as a process you design together. First understand where the work gets stuck. Then try one step, in your language and your work, and feel that it works. Then learn which steps you can let go of next, and which you shouldn't. That's how it grows with your people: from doing it yourself, to checking, to watching over it. Whether processes ever run fully on their own is up to you. You stay the owner; I help you design the next step.

The numbers

Nearly nine out of ten large companies use AI. Just over a third see something of it in their results, six in a hundred really do. Small and mid-sized companies are earlier still: one in six uses it, one in four with 10 to 50 staff. Not because the tools fall short, but because nobody shows you where it fits in your work. That's where it starts, and that's where I start: one step someone has always done themselves, now with a good alternative. The rest follows step by step, with you as the owner.

I run my own company with AI as co-founder

Daily brief, weekly review and decision log run the same way I teach clients. What I advise, I built and used myself first.

  • Own work

    WK-Quiz.nl

My first own web shop, together with Guido. Built with AI, from the questions to the checkout.

  • Own work

    StageVibe.nl

Your personal festival line-up. An own product, built with AI.

Who I am

For five years I built digital products at bol and Budget Thuis, in the last years on the search engine millions of customers use to find their product. The biggest lesson from that time: the answer to your problem lies with the customer, not in the tool. Since 1 October 2026 I work for myself.

Where does work pile up that you never get to?

I'd like to hear it. In an intro call we'll know whether I can help, and with what.
